A long awaited bundle made her arrival April 15, 2017 at 9:40pm. Born to my in-law brother and sister they made me one happy first time Aunt! At only 5lb 13oz, and stretching 18in long she was so mighty in a tinny body. When I first held her for her newborn Lifestyle session she brought back some amazing memories of my little one born about the same size 2 years ago.
Little Hazel has been stealing hearts from everyone in the family. It doesn't hurt that she is the first girl grandchild on her father's side and the first grandchild on her mom's side. That little bundle was a piece of cake to photograph too! Except all the pooping, she had to mark all the blankets we used. But that's what comes with photographing a newborn 5 days new.
There were so many pictures in this album that were simply kissable! So don't mind the cuteness overload you are about to witness. Huge congratulations to Becca & Bones as they take their journey into new parents. All I can say is welcome to my world, you will love it!

These blocks were used during the mother's baby shower. Guests took cut out squares, wrote messages, and pasted them onto the blocks. A forever keepsake. You can see them in my previous post of it's a tea party baby shower.
Little Spruce is where you can find these blocks locally, Four Corners (Maple Valley, WA). Or you can find them on Amazon.
The Felt deer she is holding was handmade by me! Took me 4 nights to get the hang of it.
This session was brought to you by all window and given light. Photographed with a Nikon D80 with a trusty 50 1.4mm lens. The session was held in Bellingham, WA.
Go check out previous sessions with this family.
